For more than 40 years, GVA Lat Purser & Associates, Inc. (LPA) has been a leader in providing commercial real estate services. Founded in 1961 by Lat W. Purser, Jr., LPA provides services including development, acquisitions, brokerage, leasing, property management and construction management. LPA operates offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Jacksonville and Orlando, Florida.

Investment Properties
LPA manages numerous neighborhood and community shopping centers, suburban office buildings, as well as warehouse and flex-space distribution properties. Much of the LPA management portfolio is handled on a fee basis for outside clients, with the remainder under LPA partnerships. Management services also include receiverships, facility management and lease administration.

Leasing, Brokerage & Tenant Representation
LPA provides exclusive tenant representation for a variety of national and regional retail chain stores.

LPA provides office and industrial tenant representation services throughout the Southeast for regional and Fortune 500 corporate clients. Our services also include site brokerage and land assemblage for commercial and residential developers.

Commercial Development
The firm has developed numerous commercial properties in locations from Florida to New Jersey, including shopping centers, freestanding retail buildings, industrial facilities, residential townhomes and mixed-use land developments. Our mixed-use projects blend resident, retail and office uses in a balanced setting. We provide development services including site selection and due diligence, site acquisition, approval and permitting, and financial packaging.
